Join us at Hannum School on Friday, March 2, 2018, for the Annual St. Baldrick’s Head Shaving event! Whether you decide to shave your head, volunteer, or donate, we hope you’ll be a part of the excitement.
“We like our kids to realize that even though they are small, they are mighty and that when we work together as a team, we can do amazing things. We are so proud of our 5-11 year olds, that in 4 years we have raised over 100,000.00 for kids cancer. It really makes us proud and since we have been doing this for 5 years, our kids have grown up with it and it is now part of our culture,” said Principal of Hannum, Anne Marie McGovern.
The St. Baldrick’s Foundation is a volunteer-powered charity that funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.
Get involved and you’ll be giving hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
